When will my order be shipped?

Deliveries take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All orders that arrive until Monday, Wednesday or Friday until 12:00 clock will be shipped the same day. Depending on the shipping method, the package then arrives at you in 2 (A-Post) up to a maximum of 5 (B-Post) working days. For international shipments, your order may take up to 10 days to travel.

Why did I not receive an invoice with the delivery?

All invoices will be sent separately by post at the beginning of the following month. If you would like to see the status of your invoice before, you can do so on the website of www.powerpay.ch. For all other requests for invoices, you can also contact the PowerPay Customer Service: info@powerpay.ch.

Can I order outside Switzerland?

Yes, we ship across Europe and internationally to selected countries at discounted rates. Just select your country of delivery in the checkout.

Can I return or exchange items?

For a return or an exchange, a return address for cutting and sticking is printed on the delivery note:

I can not find a product in the shop anymore.

If a product is no longer displayed in the DIBSY Onlineshop it has been sold off completely. However, further inclusion in the range is very likely for articles of great interest.
